Mabon, the autumn equinox, signals a time of moving inward, reflection, and the approach of a new year, a new beginning, and new opportunities. Depending on the Pagan tradition, it is considered either the second or the final harvest, either way signifying the death of the Wiccan god and his descent to the underworld.
